Are your products imported?
No. ALL products in LIKHA COLLAB are proudly manufactured in the Philippines.
Are your products FDA approved?
Yes, our mindfully-developed products are approved by Food and Drug Admin (FDA) therefore guaranteed legit and safe to use.
What certifications do Likha Collab products have?
LIKHA COLLAB is commited to providing the safest products to all its customers, so your purchasing decisions can be stress-free. All our partner brands have FDA-License to Operate certificates.
Are your products toxic-free?
Yes, all products available from LIKHA COLLAB are toxic-free, with no exceptions.

Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
Yes. We deliver to North and South Luzon, as well as to key cities in the Visayas and Mindanao.
Please note that applicable delivery fees are charged to the customers’ accounts, and the amount will depend on your delivery location.
How do I pay for my order?
You may settle payment through bank transfer or online transaction (credit card, G-Cash, Maya).
How long does delivery take?
Lead-time for delivery:
3-4 working days for Mega Manila 5-7 working days for North and South Luzon 8-10 working days for key cities in the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, for those who require same-day delivery, you may contact and inform us right away and will let you know how much will be the shipping fee. You may settle payment through bank transactions or online payment (Credit card, GCash, Maya) or you may choose to book the delivery yourself.
For same day delivery orders, please contact us at +63 917-139-7996. The cut-off time for same day delivery orders is 12:00 NN.
How can I find out the status of my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, it generally takes 24-48 hours to be packed in our warehouse, and then 2-4 days to ship to you!
When your shipment leaves our warehouse you will get a shipping notification that includes a tracking number for your order.
If you have any concerns about the status of your order, please feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
What is your refund policy?
RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
We want to offer you the best service possible at all times. But if in case the product delivered to you has a defect or damage due to shipping or if you received the wrong item/s, just email customercare@likhacollab.com within two (2) days with your complete name, address and tracking number. Attach a photo of the defective/damaged or wrongly shipped product so we may evaluate your concern immediately and advise you regarding the next steps.
The following are considered Defective Products:
- Dilapidated packaging
- Heavily dented caps, bottles/containers
- Broken caps, bottles/containers
- Products with leakage
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchange for Likha Collab products that were purchased outside of likhacollab.com (Website), @likhacollab PH (Facebook) or @likhacollabph (Instagram).
Free items on promo and samples are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
FAILED, RETURNED & NON-DELIVERIES
LIKHA COLLAB shall not be held responsible for failed or returned deliveries due to the following:
- If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery
- If the recipient is not present at the specified delivery address and if there is no one else to receive the item on his or her behalf.
POLICY ON APPROVED REFUND
If the abovementioned conditions are satisfied and are approved by our Quality Assurance Team, we will send you an email indicating the official result.
We will refund the value of the returned product/s along with applicable sales tax.
Approved Refunds will be processed within approximately seven (7) business days from the date of our email. All approved refunds will be sent via bank transfer.
Is there a weight limit per transaction?
Yes, there is a weight limit of 10 kilograms per transaction. If your purchase is more than 10 kls, you may contact and inform us at:

Will I receive my order in one shipment?
If you only ordered from ONE (1) brand, you will receive your order in one shipment. However, if you order from multiple brands there is a possibility that your order will come in multiple shipments.
